Best auto strain for a lightweight smoker?

Ok, here the problem, i have grown (tried to grow) weed for a few years now and no matter what i harvest its always too strong for me! All my friends smoke cheeses and other strong strains but i find them too much of a head warp and it gives me panic attacks if its too strong.

So, i was wondering as most of the weaker strains arent very tasty that, i should grow some more lowryder strains with crosses of better genetics in them? Will the lowryder tame the buzz from the crosses? I would feel a bit of a dork if i kept producing whiteouts when my mates come round for a smoke so i need to change something and fast!

I live with my mum at the min so i gotta keep size down to a minimum and thought i would breed a few out and make seed to stick alongside mums roses this year :rastasmoke:

what you guys think? sorry for being such a newbie!

edit - some of yous may remember my scrog diary on another forum. ive been away for a while as the weed in birmingham is terrible and i gotta make these lowryders happen! wish me luck!

all auto flowering strains are ruderalis.

In my opinion all the auto flowering strains are good for a lightweight. (the ruderalis genetics)

Have you ever thought of smoking a potent strain, yet only taking a half hit? I used to do that.

like harley said, start breeding!!!! when you go threw the selection process pick the plants that have a mellow feel.
ruderalis X (something you like the tast of)

Try Sensi's Ruderalis Indica, touted to be able to be grown on a sunny windowsill. I've grown them in the greenhouse, never a windowsill so I can't vouch for that, but it is a nice relaxing smoke that shouldn't fuk you up too much.
