it sais to just let it sit there, so it shouldnt be a problem, if you move the glass of hot water around to much though i could see the problem where things would float out of the teabag. my advice, just do what it says and dont move around the cup to much, and just let the lsa diffuse for 15 minutes or so. good luck, report back if it works. peace.
