I just bought 2 600s off ebay, a little over $200 each, and ought to be much more versatile than the 1000w I'm borrowing for now, in the end I need room for 18 plants, you may want to consider 2 400s for what you want to grow.

Ok I will check ebay for sure, I'm thinking I have the room and everything except the lights currently, my thoughts are to become a caregiver, and this will allow me to grow up to twelve plants per person (five people total) Would you recommend switching to hydroponics? also would 600 w lights work for about 24 to 36 plants?

So a year ago I made the mistake of selling my 1000w hps light, now that I'm receiving my medi-card I'm gonna need a new light to grow my own. I talked to a local grow store and they have a used sunco system light that has two lights built in. a 450MH and 650hps (1000 total) Has anyone used a light like this? Could I use just the 450 for veg and use both for flowering? Also could I get 12 plants w/ this light? any input would help. p.s. light prices have gone up DRASTICALLY since peeps Rating: 5
