If it came to my address, I would have opened it too...even though I would have been thinking the whole time, "Damn, this is a felony, I'd rather go down for something other than screwing with the mail." By nature we are nosy people, and finding that in the box would mean there really was a pot fairy. After taking my cut for some dick using my address and then cleaning up my house a bit, I'd call the cops like the law-abiding citizen I am and be shocked and apalled that something like this could happen. I'm in Texas, you gotta abide by the rules, sorta.

This woman that opened the package was doing something illegal as well if you think about it (my wife opened this idea). She opened a package that wasn't intended for her. Thus isn't this "Tampering with US Mail" which is a felony within its self?? I'm just saying...

i was thinking the exact same thing! haha she even says "i noticed it didnt have our name on it but i opened it anyway." now i dont know if theyll do anything about that but youre right, that is a felony offence
