    how many plants? For one plant i would use atleast 2 to start.Need more details. you will need more to flower if you want good results

    i was going to start 5 plants and veggie for 4week.. if i need more i can get more, trying to save a little..

    Cheap solution. Get a cieling fan light kit and screw 3 of those bulbs in. place over seedlings . or 2 clamp on lights ,2 splitters and 4 cfl bulbs
