    Pain Management Doctor needed

I recently got a MMJ recommendation from my primary care doctor. I'm applying under chronic pain so now I need a recommendation from a specialist. Ive tryed my past pain management doctor but he wouldn't even entertain the idea of a MMJ recommendation. Fact is I was released from his care because I did not want to consent to a UA. It was a workers comp situation and I could not take the chance. So then I went to one of the docs listed in the Alibi, but he was also a primary care doctor and advised me that he has already tryed to submit an application for one of his other patients and the application was denied. The reason sited by DOH was "one of the doctors needs to be a specialist" so I was hoping someone knows of a MMJ friendly pain management or spine specialist here in Albuquerque.
If any one else has applied under chronic pain and your specialist has given you a recommendation please let me know.
    any assistance would be appreciated.
Oh yea my chronic pain is in my lower back some thing to do with my L4 and L5 disks I have CT scan report and pain management doctors report.

Most "pain management" doctors are anasthesiologists. I dont know of one that will perscribe, but they are generally not bashful about lavishing the opiates on ya. Now there are a hell of a lot of back pain specialists out there that perscribe the hell out of opiates too. It seems like you could find one of these doctors that would do it for you fairly easily.

Any old boy that will write a scrippy for a quart jar of hyrocodone should not be bashful about signing a recomendation for cannabis.

Dont worry about it. Just calll every one available and tell them you are looking for a cannabis referral and if they aare interested to call you back and schedule an appt. You will be talking to a receptionist or an answering machine anyway. Lay it out for them and if the doctor will consider it you will get a call back. If he wont you wont have to discuss it.

Hey, I would be embarassed going in with a big rectal wart. You know when you are standing there waiting in line and you get to the receptionist and the little bitch asks you "Why are you here today?" and you have to say,"I am in here to get a huge wart removed from my anus." Well, THAT is embarassing! Asking a doctor to make a referral for cannabis is a cinch once you have rectal warts removed.

So either swallow hard and ask a few people and get you a card, or get a case of rectal warts and have them removed first, so asking is not such an embarassment. The choice is yours my friend!

Embarrassment is not the issue. Its job security that worried me. There is really no way for my employer to find out. GOOD IDEA! Call them all and see who bites.

Actually, I am an ordained Reverend. Got my credentials about three months ago... The Universal Life Church on the internet. I have a Doctorate of Divinity too! I can marry people, do funerals, baptisms, circumcisions, bar mitzvas, sweat lodges, and head shrinking. I can bless things, and the coolest part is that I can CURSE things too!

I am doing my first (and only) wedding in July in Ruidoso...no shit!

All these years people have been saying I was full of bullshit. Now that I am a holy man it is no longer bullshit...It is GOSPEL!

    So bless you all!

You do circumcisions? I did not know that holy men did that.

Now I know who to chase down for that scar.
I lost a little piece of myself that day.

Two five year old boys are standing at the potty to pee.

When one says, " Your thing doesn't have any skin on it!"

" I've been circumcised." Says the second boy.

    " What does that mean?"

"It means they cut the skin off the end."

" How old were you when it was cut off?"

" My mom said that I was two days old."

    " Did it hurt?"

" You bet it hurt, I couldn't walk for a year!"
