You have a spot on the form to describe your operation. I wrote the entire story on a seperate sheet of paper, starting with land ownership, the location of the property, the description of the property, how I planned on keeping it secure. I described fences and dogs and the fact that there were only adult families in the area. I insured them that I planned on representing the program by being completely honest and forthright. I gave them my contact info and offered a tour of the property at any time.

I got the permit no questions asked. I beleive they license as many personal growers as they can. The State would much rather see many small, personal operations than producers and dispensaries. They just dont want it to be stolen by thugs, seen by police driving by, given to or pilfered by teenage rascals, etc.etc. They dont want INCIDENTS and you need to assure them there will be none.
I think that one word tells a lot. INCIDENTS are one of the things that are the most important to avoid. We must not allow INCIDENTS to be used as ammunition against us by people who oppose MMJ.

We, being MMJ advocates and users, have a duty to have no INCIDENTS. We have to prove that people who use marijuana are responsabile people.

Then maybe the governments will get out of all our asses. :hippy:
