For those of you that have been approved to grow...questions...
When I applied I asked them that specific question. If you are living in a trailer park on the south side of town with three teenage kids you arent going to be permitted. If you live on a rural road with no neighbors within a mile and you have a fence and a dog you are good to go.

I gave them my contact info and offered a tour of the property at any time.
I got the permit no questions asked. I beleive they license as many personal growers as they can. The State would much rather see many small, personal operations than producers and dispensaries. They just dont want it to be stolen by thugs, seen by police driving by, given to or pilfered by teenage rascals, etc.etc. They dont want INCIDENTS and you need to assure them there will be none.
