Thanks for the link. I have already seen it and read it over a zillion times...LOL!

My question deals with what would deny vs. approve someone from being able to produce at their residence. The application asks for detailed plans of growing, not being able to be viewed from the street, security.

I was curious as to the specifics of this from the folks that have been approved or denied and the reasons for this....

Hi Everyone, I got a good email back from the DOH yesterday....VERY timely and it was probably within an hour for a response. I was pleased with their answers to my questions and the fact they responded so quickly.... With that being said, I am going to apply for my MMJ card in the next 90 days or so. Have some issues to take care of until then though....I am VERY curious on why the state approves some people for personal growing and denies many others??? It would be incredible to try Rating: 5
