If it helps....I went from daily use for about a year (after-work daily and multiple times on weekends) to cessation and am pissing clean at day 9. I have been drinking about 3 26 oz bottles full of water per day and I test myself after chugging a 4th 26oz container about 2 hrs AFTER working out. I am 220 lbs 5'10.5 (Im a really stocky guy, a good amount of muscle AND fat). I know your not supposed to workout 48 hrs prior to a test but regardless I am pissing clean at day 9 working out 5 times a week. Who knows, maybe it would be even faster if I was inactive and followed the dilution sticky.

When I was 185 lbs (also working out 4-5 times a week) I went from daily use to cessation and was clean within a week without dilution @ first piss in the morning. I took a test on day 8 and passed for a job. Before that, I had a random screen forced on me 3 days after smoking two times (over the course of two days). So two times...then clean 3 days then on the 4th day passed after pissing ~lunch time (so 3.5 days).

These are just my experiences. Get yourself a test friend.

Anyways, hope that helps. You should really just test yourself though.
