LST, topping, fiming, scrog... all work well to make the most out of a low space.

Personally I don't like the idea of growing a plant with a single cola unless you have strong lights (1000w's). Tying down and promoting more shoots to grow into an even canopy is much more efficient IMO.

I think if you flip now, you will lose a lot of yield. I'd veg for another month (give or take) and start training them little by little. Then you can maximize your space in terms of length and width while keeping everything relatively low.
