If you never flushed it after the previous nute burn then yes it could be. When the soil is wet after you over nute the more time you give it to dry the more burning you may see on the plants. If I ever see symptoms of over nute I either flush or if its not too bad Ill let em live. In this case I would've flushed a looongg time ago. I don't know if your girls are to far gone but if they aren't I would avoid allllll nutes and an immediate flush flush flush haha:thumbsup:
