1. The only herbal high I've ever tried is damiana and tea. I find tea gives me a very slight buzz, and damiana didn't do a damn thing except make me salivate like no other. Very extremely slight relaxing feeling but that's it. My slobber outweighed any good that came of it. It's really harsh too.

2. A gram of 15x ought to do you good. Mind you, don't use the whole gram between the two of you. about a fifth of it would probably be good per time.

3. The real danger of whippets is oxygen deprivation. As long as you aren't stupid about it (sucking it straight from the tank, prolonged exposure with no oxygen, etc.) you'll be fine. When using the little chargers, I like to take two full ones with no breath, exhale, breath in a little air, then take a third. That'll fuck you up good.
