my vote is yes, the reflector makes a big difference. It helps distribute light more evenly. :jointsmile:

I heard that a 600w will cover a 12sf area (3?? by 4??), this will give 50w/sf. I find that I can put the lamp 14? away from the top of the plants without them burning. So, I took a piece of white Styrofoam and placed it 14? under the light and marked the bright area,(pic below) it was 30? by 36?, = 7.5 sf = 80w/sf. What would give me more yield, making my Rating: 5
