What's wrong with my weed?????????

I harvested one of my plants awhile back and the weed smokes weird. It is SKUNK and all the other plants were harvested at the same time dried and cured the same and smelled, smoked, and tasted killer and got you wicked baked. One of the plants buds taste like shit, smells like shit, and smokes like shit and I'm not sure why. When you smoke it in a bowl the ash ends up being like a black hard charcoal type substance in stead of a nice white soft ash. Now don't get me wrong it gets you pretty stoned but only if you can keep it lit and not choke on the taste.
Six of the eight plants I had froze because my thermostat shit the bed one night in january but if that is why this happened why did it only effect one plant. Any insight on this would be great.

In my experience even if you plant all your plants the same day and bla bla bla, the plants are not always identical, and some times this plants madurate faster or slower...
it might be that you harvested too late, so it became way to harsh... also the plant may have been crappy... thats it
At least you got must of the grass in great shape as you describe it so enjoy your other stuff, and keep growing

If the bud from this one plant is not mixed in with the other maybe its time you made some butane bubble hash or something along those lines and leave the rest for the pipe.

Hey thanx guy's! I guess what your siying is I should watch the plants a little closer and not the calander as much. That makes a lot of sense, thanx.
As far as the bubble hash, maybe next crop because I'm saving for a set of five bags but you are right that shit got made into blender hash, not as good but does the trick.
