I think there's a couple of us using the FF trio...

I start 'em on nutes when the growth starts to slow-down.
From seedling, about 3 or 4 weeks before I start 1/2 strength nutes for the firat week, 'normal' schedule thereafter.
Clones, usually 1/4 to 1/2 strength the week after rooting. Watch 'em closely for adverse reactions.

I use the FF Feeding Schedule...sort of. My feeding days are Mondays and Thursdays, and I give half-strength nutes on each of those days. Plain, properly ph'd water in-between if necessary.
Whether feeding once a week or two, never give more nutrients than the schedule says for that week.
If the schedule says 1 tsp per gallon per week, I give 1/2 tsp per gallon, twice a week.
During flower, I cut way back on the Big Bloom, and substitute with 1/2 to 1 tsp molasses per gallon of water...once a week.

My wellwater comes out of the tap at 7.9 ph. I adjust it down to 6.9 to 7.0 ph, then add my nutes. Brings me down to about 6.3 to 6.4 ph.

Peat-based soil mixes - 6.3 to 6.8 ingoing ph. Runoff shouldn't be much lower or higher than your ingoing. When the buffers in the soil fade away, your ph will start to drop. (usually 6-9 weeks into flower or so, depending on a lot of factors)
