as i said i let my plants tell me what they need....if they need nothing but water then that is all they get!

but how can you tell?? my one plant is light as hell but has drooping leaves another is somewhat light but still moist and has droopy leaves as well... maybe I should just stick with watering right now since I should have some beneficial nutes in the foxfarm soil...

beneficials are not nutes...they are things like endo/ecto bacterias that help root development...enzymes to feed bacteria...and so on! you add these to help your root zone absorb nutrients!

get Jorge Cervantes MMJ Bible and read and grow.....experience is your best teacher!

if your plants are yellowing then they are missing something....what is the ph of your soil? that is first thing to check...if it is not in range that your plant can take in nutrients then giving them more nutrients does no good if the ph is out.

you can get a ph meter that is also a moisture meter....get a good one or use your finger....stick your finger in the soil to your second knuckle if it is dry then water...if your feel moisture than wait!

ph of the soil is 6.5ish i appreciate your tips a lot... i am going to continue to add nutes. I used them on sunday, and then today I watered most of the plants with some calmag. Then on sunday/monday I am going to use nutes prob around 1/2 rec. strength.

    Rusty what do you mean?

I am listening to you... my schedule was supposed to be sunday feed half strength.. first week-- 1 tbs/1 gal water... then get the ph to 6.3 with nutes... and wed. water with a little calmag.. do you recommend calmag or not?
and then feed again same strength as before to make the the weeks total on friday and take sat off and repeat sunday... BUT
=== I am having a lot of droopy leaves but the soil is dry... I dont know what to do? so i am only feeding sunday and watering on wed/thurs and then feed sunday etc...
The soil is really dry and some of the plants leaves are very droopy but seem like they need fed.. what do you think i should do

ok.. so my ladies are about 5 weeks old... and I have 3 that are about 2 weeks old... they look great I will add pics... but the other ones arent looking as good at all.... I was just wondering when it was a good time to start feeding the plants the foxfarm solution and also what to do about the plants with problems....
When using calmag+ do you use it on a watering day? or a feeding day?? and also... my plants seem to need feed once and watered once a week... should i not feed them and water them as much so i can get 2 feedings and waterings in each week?

pictures are of the youngest ones... do you think its time to start the nutrient regime? I am using Fox Farm trio...

hey all... well its been about a 5 weeks.... wanted to show some pics and see if I could get some help on a few things!

pic 1 and 2----> looks good leaves shooting up a lil nice color... little bit yellowing at the bottom, I am guessing I just need to add some more Grow Big because I am thinking I have Nitrogen deficiency.

pic 3-5-----> droopy, but looking lush.... having the same problem at the bottom however... Nitrogen deficiency?

pic 1 and 2---> plant that is fat and short but has nice big good colored leaves except where i think i dripped some nute mix on a leaf.... however its upper leaves are starting to fold like a canoe... any suggestions??

pic 3 and 4----> of the youngest... as you can kind of see, the top leaf is a little bit mutated... does anyone else believe they are ready to start their nutrient regime??? they have just been given water and are about 3 weeks old in happy frog soil...
