growing on someone else's property
You could have a rent (not good) or a lease (better) to the exact area you will be growing on. Use a boilerplait form and spell out exactly where your property line is. Mark your boundaries (preferably a fence). There must also be included an enterace way to the nearest right of way in that lease. A dedicateed axcess to your land is a must. Courts frown on leased land with no right of way to it.
And if the shit hits the fan your friend get hit. He must be able to prove that patch is not his. And on your card the location of your patch must accurate (ie left lower corner of TMK - - --)
I base my answers on civil law. I would think twice before doing this. And I would also go talk to a lawer for your exact state rules.oldhaole Reviewed by oldhaole on . growing on someone else's property if you are legally certified can you grow on somebody else's land that doesn't have their card? if they hold a copy of your legal documentation Rating: 5Wonderful Things Happen When You Plant The Seeds Of Distrust In A Garden Of Assholes
