That should ease your mind a bit. A little real science can be more comforting than the replies of folks you don't really know.

Generally, after a month of abstinence, you're OK with urine tests. Do NOT diet before a urine test! THC metabolites from your fat can show up in your urine.

Oral swab tests are not reliable and are easily passed. You just need to abstain and have excellent oral hygiene for a few days. :thumbsup:

Hair tests are a whole 'nother story. They can tell of use months ago! Good news is that they are more expensive than urine or swab tests! And most employers who test are cheap bastards!
