well i tried weed for the first time and the end of january. i have never done it before and didnt get high...only had two hits from a bong. i have to take a drug test probably on the first of march maybe sooner and i am worried i will not pass. i am 6'1 and 240lbs.

That should ease your mind a bit. A little real science can be more comforting than the replies of folks you don't really know.

Generally, after a month of abstinence, you're OK with urine tests. Do NOT diet before a urine test! THC metabolites from your fat can show up in your urine.

Oral swab tests are not reliable and are easily passed. You just need to abstain and have excellent oral hygiene for a few days. :thumbsup:

Hair tests are a whole 'nother story. They can tell of use months ago! Good news is that they are more expensive than urine or swab tests! And most employers who test are cheap bastards!

yea cuz i am a pretty hairlesguy nd my hair was short....they ended up leaving me with a big patch f hair on the top of my head missing....but besides that do u guy think i will pass?

you'll probably be fine, a lot of first time smokers take extremely tiny hits and barely inhale them. I know that was the case for me.

If this test is for your parents, you could easily argue that you were at a concert about a month ago and some asshole was smoking behind you blowing the shit right in your face. For employment excuses like that won't work.

I would also like to quickly address this:

This is only true if you are aware of your test weeks before it happens. Exercising a lot right before a test will actually usually make you fail because the spike in metabolism will detach the THC from your fat cells and release it into your urine. For this reason you should try and be lazy as possible for at least a few days before your test.
