NO BUDS!? WHYYYYYY!?

ok so ive been growing some bag seeds for about a month and a half now. The plant is looking incredibly healthy, bushy and green, so bushy that it got in the way of my tv and it had to be moved , im growing it in my room. The temp is around 75 degrees and i have a fan running on it. Ive been using Botanicare Pro nutes (pro veg, pro bloom, liquid karma) My usual mix is 3 gallons of nute water and a half gallon of regular water to dilute it a bit. Ive been spraying her whens shes asleep with super foliage spray and that has made it explode (sprayed it during day and the light burnt it). I wus running 18/6 but two weeks ago i changed it to 12/12 (shes at 2 feet now so i figured it was time)....two weeks and no hairs or bud formation at all? is that bad? this is my first grow. its growing in a black hydro tub with a bigass aerostone in the bottom.

so basically im asking two questions

1) it soaked up a shit ton of water and theres only about 3/4 a gallon left, but that seems to make the roots reach and get bigger roots. Should i refill it or leave it at low water levels?

2) BIG QUESTION. Its been two weeks and buds arent even forming. I know trichs dont form till 5 to 6 wks into flower but i thought buds should atleast be forming by now. All ive seen is the explosive growth spurt characteristic of changing the light cycle. When can i expect buds? Im about to go on vacation to florida and i would like to have a nice amount of bud to take with me. should i be worried or will the buds start forming soon?

Post a clear picture or two of the internodes on the main stalk.

This should show by now. Pay attention to BigTopsFin's statement too. Imagine less than moonlight on a full moon. Darker than that for 12 hours UNINTERUPTED.
