Well if it's a pre-employment UA then you won't be contacted by the MRO. They will call the agency that referred you to drug test and give them the results.

That's not always the case though, right? I've read somewhere else about a person who WAS contacted by an MRO upon failing an pre-employment UA.

Never been the case with me but who knows. Maybe it is different in the state you live in.

Update:

Well I got a call about a week ago from the guy who hired me who asked me if I had a start date yet. I'm presuming he would know if I failed the test. So it appears I'm in the clear. This forum provided me with a lot of information so that I won't sweat this so bad next time!

Ive failed for other substances...wont say which. But I was contacted by an MD via my cell at the test facility (it was labcorp). This was a pre-employment scan.

Yup they called me took em 2 weeks after the drug test.
