If it is true that you married "outside of your race", it does not magically make you prejudice free. It indicates that you fell in love with a Mexican and that's about it. You can be married to a Mexican and still hold racist attitudes towards blacks, Asians, Arabs, etc. People are capable of amazing feats of compartmentalization. For you this is hardly a stretch.
