Same here, the four bottom-most leaves usually die on me like clockwork. Never really thought anything of it, I figured it had something to do with the plant switching its nutrients from the cotyledon to the nutes in the soil.

If it keeps spreading, check out your PH. That would be my best guess.

Everything went smoothly at first. I used the paper towel method for germination, and planted the seed in a peat moss pellet that swells when you get it wet. It sprouted beautifully, but when the first set of 2 leaves came out, the centers of the leaves discolored and twisted. This problem appears to be affecting the older foliage. the newer growth in the midlle looks great. As far as conditions go, i recently changed the soil to fox Rating: 5
