I sprouted this from a purps seed that i aquired online. Everything went smoothly at first. I used the paper towel method for germination, and planted the seed in a peat moss pellet that swells when you get it wet. It sprouted beautifully, but when the first set of 2 leaves came out, the centers of the leaves discolored and twisted. This problem appears to be affecting the older foliage. the newer growth in the midlle looks great. As far as conditions go, i recently changed the soil to fox farms, and i am using a 23 watt/1600 lumen cfl to light the small gal. I am using this as a trial run, as i have a pack of DA PURPS to grow. Any Ideas why this could have happened, and or if i should do anything about it. Brown and yellowing of the middles of the leaves, not the outer edges??? Strange! Here are some picks.
