Test tomorrow, might fail

The ensure and all the water you drank didn't help you at all leading up to the test and only served to dilute your sample the day of. You could have just as easily replaced the ensure with 2 extra glasses of water and passed.

Heres some background, I need some suggestions/advice/thoughts. I'm 6' 1", 165ish lbs, high metabolism and low bodyfat. I was a moderate user last year (3-5 days a week), but this year, I have only smoked twice: Jan 3rd, and Feb 12th. Will the Feb 12th screw me over the the test? It was two full bong packs, shared between 2 people. I don't have much to help me pass this test; I Rating: 5

Well I got the call earlier today, and I passed. Starting Friday.

So for those who are similar to me, 6' 1" 165-170ish, heres what I did. Didn't smoke for 5 days before the test, and 36 hours, I started drinking that Ensure drink. I picked it up at CVS, vanilla Ensure Plus. They're packed with lots of vitamins and minerals, have a lot of calories and carbs. I went through 12 in a 36 hour period. 3 days before the test, I had about 3 of those drinks later at night, to start my body working on that. 2 days before, I had 3 more, so I have 6 left. 1 day before, i have another 4, as well as increasing my water intake. I had about 8 glasses of water, my regular meals, as well as all of that Ensure. Finally, the day of, I had the 2 other Ensures, 4 more glasses of water, as well as a multivitamin as 2 tums roughly between 2 hours and 1 1/2 hours before the test. Try to span the water and Ensures out enough.

My void looked like a healthy non-diluted void, so I was quite happy with that. I hope this works for other people and I'm sure that it will. If I ever get randomly selected for a drug test, I'll definitely do this.

Webdox is right. I honestly think that you didnt smoke enough for the thc to stay in your system for more then a cuple of days, and with all that water and ensure probly helped with you pissing alot. Glad to hear you passed bro.
