Thanks guys, I added more soil to the pot and now it is up to just below the first two leaves (the round ones). It looks alot more sturdy so i put a fan on the lowest setting to give it a little breeze and strengthen that stem.

The 400W HPS should be arriving in the next two days, once I get the plant under that will it start growing normally again or is its growth permenantly stunted?

After germinating some seeds I planted 3 of them in pots under three 120W incandescent lights. Only one of the plants ended up sprouting. Its been 3 weeks now and she is only about 3-4 inches tall, the stem is extremely thin and this past week ive had to support it in order for it to stand up.
