Hey, Popcorn is good.....when its buttered that is. I would say the same those two look a bit stretched out. Maybe you can try Mylar instead of tin foil. Its reflective surface is hard to beat.
Plants look to be a tad on the stunted side if you ask me. I would wait for them to get a LOT bigger before chaning to 12/12.
