Does anyone ever grow, and then decide to go back to buying?
Maybe you just get lazy, or maybe you haven't had good results growing, or maybe you need more than you can grow etc.... there could be 1000 reasons. So does anyone go back to buying once they've starting growing, or is it a one way street?

I would have to assume that many people go back to buying for issues like moving etc etc. Its a shame its illegal to grow in so many places making it hard for it to become a hobby. It has become a passion for me though:hippy: I still have to buy some schwag every now and then to get me by but what are you gonna do. ya know

I'm sure alot of people go back to buying it. I have been growing about a year now on my own and still don't yeild enough out of my closet grow to keep me toking from harvest to harvest. I still get dank from the club time to time. But it's good to try different strains and network a little bit with other growers.
But it is hard to keep it going if you are moving. Starting a home setup is a difficult task and maintaining can be alot. I've learned so much with each harvest. I grow to love it as a hobby more and more. It can be a huge pain when trying to have a life but I think it's worth it! MJ plays a substantial part in my life and I don't see that changing!

Yeah, I figured it was pretty much a one way street. I mean once you've bought the lamp, nutrients, and other equipment, set up a grow room, I imagine it would be hard to go back.

if you pay attention to what you are doing...listen to others with experience who have had successful grows...learn to read your plants as to what they need and learn to tend to them and it is a one way street....but some think that just buying a light and nutes makes them a grower....it takes years of learning and problem solving that makes you successful in the long run.

I will be growing my own medicine for the rest of my life. Not only Do i get my marijuana at a fraction at a cost(i did invest a little at the beggining), but I get to experience the beauty of the cannabis plant and gain the knowledge of how to grow pot, but i can also cultivate other plants(vegetables, fruit, BERRIES!!!) quite skillfully. Growing is my hobby and it is very therapeutic for my mind and body.
If you are having trouble growing your own well frankly thats because your not doing it right. Ask for some help on these forums, read some books, and learn the basic principles of growing a plant. We are all on these forums to help each other and to recieve constructive opinions from experienced growers.
Whoever created this universe left marijuana as a gift to the earth, im just being grateful. -druWhoever created this universe left marijuana as a gift to the earth, im just being grateful. :stoned:

I like the idea of being completely self sufficient, and not relying on someone else. Plus it's a great hobby.
I hope I never have to go back to the day's of waiting for hours, or days for shit that aint what it was proclaimed to be.
