All "budder" is, is hash oil that has been more or less emulsified .. you can achieve this by whipping your oil in a pyrex dish over the course of several days. eventually the oil will take on a waxy consistency. I find that the process is sped up by placing the oil in the freezer periodically between whippings.
This is also the technique behind the "earwax" hash that goes around, all nothing more then thoroughly purged hash oil.
