It'll probably take at least 4 months from the day you mailed it in so make sure that you keep your copies on you as well as the proof of mailing IE certified mail reciept or check stub or or money order copy.

they have you sign up as that just so that we can provide care for you while you are on the premise just during that time and that time only. also your 6 plants even at that point are still registered to your "registered primary caregiver" and in order to change that you have to fill out this form on this page Colorado: Department of Public Health and Environment, Colorado Medical Marijuana Registry and notarize and send into the state with both forms of ID so dont worry about losing your plants on dispensaries agreements just be wary of that one form because thats the only accepted form to change it

if youve already been to a dispensary then they should be able to give you a copy of your paperwork as long as you prove your you. if not there then check with the doctors office because they should have taken copies of all of that as well
