Yuba area mmj attitude

So I'm fed up with Oregon and its insane mmj rules. The cost , The state stealing from the self suporting program everytime it has a surplus , The requirement to tell the state who , where , how , when , what. I just want to be able to use the only med left that doesnt make me sick and otherwise live a semi normal life.
So hows the attitude around yuba. I lived in marysville as a kid and I'm thinking of moving back now that I'm retired.

oroville,yuba city and marysvillse are OK, although, butte county is MUCH better. id look for someplace down around oroville or chio in butte county.
