Were we using the lightbulb vape right?

I didn't make the vape, my friend did, but it looked good. It wasn't a white bulb so there wasn't that much cleaning to do although he did clean it. The first time we used a candle (a really small cylindrical one). We held it over the flame and sometimes bobbed it up and down so the flame would touch the glass for a bit and then not etc. Once we saw a sign of vapor/smoke leaving, we waited for a few seconds and then took a hit. We were pretty good about keeping stems and seeds out and we crumbled it more. We refilled it when the weed inside was black and brown. We did this with total .4gs. The high I got was probably the best I've ever gotten. Really clean and really good.


The second time (the next day), we used a lighter instead of a candle. We held the flame pretty much on the bulb until we saw a lot of fumes. When it was pretty cloudy, we took a hit. We didn't really care for stems as he figured there wasn't gonna be any smoke from it anyway only vapor. The weed didn't catch on fire. We emptied it when most of it was brown and a little was black. It wasn't crumbled that well and there was more of it loaded in during each refill. We used a total of maybe 2-3gs. The high I got was good and bad. It was really trippy, but at the same time I felt some pain in my throat and in my lungs and I got worried. It was a pretty good numbing couchlock as I didn't feel like talking or anything and as I said, pretty trippy. But the head feeling and the slightly sore throat/lungs was just really annoying. I didn't ask him what his high felt like, but he seemed more energetic than me. Although when I left I was like 'i think i got a little too high' and hes like 'yeah, lets not do this for a while'.

Do you think for the 2nd time we did too much, it was a certain strain, we did the vape wrong, we just werent used to that much, etc? We don't smoke very often, I do probably twice a month and he does even less.

Can you say over dose ?

Good news is that's what an over dose feels like. All you can do is chill out for awhile.

Now when some one freaks out cause they smoked tooo much you know what to do.

If by 'overdose' you mean 'life threatening situation', then no, you can't overdose on mj. He meant overdose as in 'you've taken in too much too quickly and have gone past the 'good high' into an uncomfortable zone. You just wait to come down a little.
