Me and some friends have written a petition to decriminalize marijuana in the state for personal use and possession. It will be attached to a bill that will be proposed to our county legislators, and hopefully the Georgia General Assembly. The session lets out March 3rd so we're trying to get as many signatures on the petition as possible by the end of February. Our website that links to the petition is SKUDZU.com.

This is our opportunity to tell the government what we want. The last time anyone's proposed any kind of marijuana legalizing/decriminalizing bill to our state legislators was back in 1999. If we want rights, we can show them in numbers.

When you try to get signatures in person, may I suggest having a printout of "Granny Storm Crow's MMJ Reference List" along side of the petition? The medical use of cannabis is acceptable to a majority of people- and learning what a wide range of conditions that cannabis can treat, is enough to sway many "fence sitters". :thumbsup:
