One thing about your bottom leaves. They will never get well after growing out that far. If you don't like the look of the plant you could trim that branch, but some plants don't like that very much and you get a stressed plant. You need to concentrate your eyes on the new growth and make sure that the leaves are growing properly and fix accordingly...
