They look awesome. How are the cloudy trichs looking? They are going to give you the most head buzz, but I am sure you knew that.

Seeing your ladies like this makes me want to put the snow whites into flowering. lol

Did you wait until you saw sexual maturity before you flowered or did you just kinda do it when the time was right? I could probably look for it in your log, but I am kinda lazy right now...

It's hard to tell really. With a magnifying glass, many of them look pretty cloudy, with only a few amber. When I use that 60x microscope, everything just looks huge and it's hard to tell...

n00b, I didn't wait for the preflowers. I didn't have the room. I just flowered when I thought the time was right.

I'm going to have to get some new picture ideas. It's beginning to look like I'm posting the same picture everyday. The reason I do it is because I was to make a "flip book" at the end of the grow so that people can see the grow from start to finish.

I actually really like the "Flip Book" Idea! :thumbsup: It shows off the progress as the buds stretch and fatten up rather nicely! :jointsmile:


I hear your complaint about the 60x microscope, (I picked up a 60-100x today) everything looks HUGE and pretty much the same in the field of view. (the 100x is nice for getting details tho! ( If you can keep your hand that steady! ))

That's probably the reason for the 30x magnification recommendation in the "Bible"

I usually just cut a tiny amount of bud off, set it on the counter and look at it then because I had the same problem with my 60x-100x...

Surprised how n00b? I still don't know when harvest is. I can see the trichomes well enough to see that a lot of them are still clear, so harvest is still a ways off. The plant will tell me.

I figured it's time for a few pictures of what's going on with everything. Lets start with a family photo.

Next, a picture of the clones themselves. These clones have been abused. The old 8W light fell on them at least twice. They go for up to a week and a half without water sometimes. They've been topped twice because there isn't much room for them to grow in the small "room" I've created. They've never had nutrients. Right now the light for the "room" is on the floor next to them, so the only light they're getting is bouncing off of the top of the enclosure and back down to them. These girls are surviving in spite of me, not because of me.



Now I wanted to show some of what the fan leaves are doing on the girls. For any noobs out there who haven't gotten this far along in their grow, here is what you'll see when you're getting closer to harvest. The plant is slowly sucking the nutrients out of the big fan leaves.

Finally, a pepper update. Cheyenne the cayenne pepper has already had 3 peppers stolen from her, but she keeps putting them out!


Oh, and I thought Ironman 2 was pretty awesome!

Does anyone notice the color and shape difference between Watson and Camara buds. To me, there is a pretty noticeable difference.
