Well it's Saturday, and you know what that means. Picture day!

Today I transplanted the clones. They were really starting to take off, and the main root was out the bottom of two of the cups, so it was time. I'm sure they'll be happier in their new homes.

Back in they go!

I'm not sure if I'm a badass pot-grower with a green thumb, or it's just dumb luck, but this cloning business seems pretty easy. None of the clones really showed any signs of stress, and all three have good roots. For light, I'm only using an 8 watt light I got at Office Depot when I was in college to do my homework under... which definitely isn't the brightest light. I also don't have any ventilation in the grow area. This will be the next thing to fix.

On to the main plants...

It may be difficult to see growth because I keep putting them under the screen, however it is happening. Also, there are hairs on almost all the new growth sites, so I can tell now where my buds are going to form from. It's hard to believe I'm going to be doing this for the next 2+ months... damn sativa plants!

Here's a pepper update. My girlfriend is super excited to get cookin with these peppers. Anyone know when it's ok to pick em? I've read that the redder the pepper gets, the hotter it gets, but we'd like to try some green ones too.
