My peppers are also getting "black" stems, I used the quotes because let's call it purple, dark purple. Perhaps a P deficiency like purple weed stems? I googled peppers PH as I just assumed treating them the same as weed was OK. Long story short (too late) Peppers PH should be quite acid acidic, down like 6.0 - 6.5. I'm going to bring it down but they otherwise look good. :greenthumb:

That T5 is awesome, very efficient too as my T 12's use a bit more and make a bit less than half the light.... But since I have two rooms I'm bottle necked with flower time anyway. At least that's what I tell myself.
