It's that time of the day again. I think the growth is accelerating a bit. It's tough to tell when I'm always checkin on em. Gunna try a bit larger res picture. Let me know if these pictures are too big guys, I can always tone it down.

I think the soil has finally stopped receding. I took your advice t3hn00b137 and instead of the normal watering, I misted them until water came out the bottom of the cup. I'm wondering if my tap water is ok. In these higher res pics, you can see some white spots on the leaves. I'm pretty sure that's residue from drying water. What do you guys think?

I may have to rethink my stance on rockwool. Even though it took longest for the germinated seeds to sprout through the rockwool, it provides a good base for the roots. When I'm watering Camara (the seed planted directly into the soil) the soil will sometimes shift a bit and she'll be leaning to the side by the time I'm done watering.
