when should i start to bloom
No, that is only for switching to flower. It 'shocks' the plant into flowering, basically shaving a few days to a week off of the flowering stage. You should just adjust your timer so that the lights come on at the same time, but stay on an extra 6 hours.

You don't come across as dumb, just inexperienced. Believe me, we all have learning to do, some more than others. I, for one, still consider myself a beginner after two years of essentially studying growing. I learn something new every day on these forums.

I never put anyone down, I never said anyone is dumb. You simply need to know the terms in order to search or ask. You may even have to give some input to get an answer. Sorry to be "the bad guy". I'm sure you'll figure it out, yoiu seem very smart and intelligent. Good Luck.

Changing light cycles isn't a stress free operation. Even putting the plant into flowering stresses them a little, since the plant has to adjust its internal properties to start the process of creating Chlorophyll B for budding. If you correctly change these cycles, however, you can prevent adding stress. You just need to keep the "sunrise" the same and adjust the "sunset" instead.
