Rocket's Firstly, for anyone who doesn't know what a rocket is it's a plastic drinks bottle, 2 holes cut or burnt into it, on for the join to go into, one for the hit-hole (or 'carb' as you yanks say). put the spliff into the spliff hole, cover the hit-hole with your thumb, and toke through the top of the bottle. fill it with smoke, let off the hit-hole and suck.
