For me the most outrageous bit is the boast of $400,000 per annum profit off his caregiver's license. Maybe it's just me... but leeching obscene profits out of other people's misery has always turned my stomach.

Is growing 224 plants.

Is only caregiver for 12 people.

I wonder how many of his patients have those nice 'edible cards' that doctors are promoting these days that claim to allow you to grow up to 50 plants.

Do the math. I guarantee some dipshit doctor wrote 12 recommendations to patients with a 20 plant cap.

Just goes to show that the law says 6 plants, and I'm guessing the DEA is sticking firmly to that number, and not the "what ever the doctor deems necessary" number.

The recs don't mean squat.
The fact that he had that many, just says he was not legal under State law either. :wtf:

And, seems un-aware that the feds are un-concerned by the number of plants the State allows.
(They could not care less folks!)
They count every plant for sentencing guidlines.

True, it says that, but it goes on to say:

"(b) For quantities of marijuana in excess of these amounts, a patient or his or her primary care-giver may raise as an affirmative defense to charges of violation of state law that such greater amounts were medically necessary to address the patient's debilitating medical condition."

Hope he has some sick patients and a doctor with some balls.
