btw even tho this guy was dumb enough to talk about his grow. then talk about how much he looked to make all under this false canopy of it being legal.does'nt mean he should spend his life in jail.i guess i think alil diffrent i think someones word should be bond.the state calls it legal and obama told them to lay off. to me it looks like a pattern is starting to show with all of this?

Obama gave the order at the administrative level. But he can't stop every trigger-happy young recruit from making a few busts! Especially ones where the fuckin' retards were dumb enough to instigate the trouble.

^agreed. some people begin to feel invulnerable after some time growing 'legally'. Obviously, many still feel MMJ is illegal (just look at all the public comments at the end of the online news articles). My hat's off to dispensary owners who are in our front lines of this war on ignorance regarding marijuana.
