I love it when people say "You can't do this!" and you do. Tasty serving of crow for 'em!

The only thing I wish you could do (You've got pretty good spectrum) is have a way to raise and lower those lights, it will help greatly in controlling your plant height, plus allow you deeper penetration. You'll yield much more with just a foot or two drop, if those focusing cups allow for it while still maintaining a useful blend.

Looks so awesome. That's how you apply the microeinsteins!

    LED GROW SHOW

hey Iryd~no worries...you did not know...thanks for your good words and well wishes and likewise ForgetC

khyb~i did lower my light after having small chat with 'shake and not really pleased with the last run from 3 weeks to 6 weeks...which is when i lowered the lights about a foot closer and started seeing better results..also left too much on the bottoms as it got so thick that the light had hard time penetrating to the bottom layers....still a learining curve from the HPS methods....learning to water less...which is retraining in itself once you have habit of watering in certain timeframes having to break them and learn the patience in between watering.

with any grow or strain it is a trial and error until you get things dialed in...which is why i kept wondering why my second run was excellant yield with the lights in the old height...then it occured to me that i gave that batch a bigger shot of bushmaster in the beginning almost 6ml/gal...i was at the end of a bottle and i had seen a friends grow that had used more on one section and the plants were noticeably stockier with fatter buds so instead of leaving a small amount to be mixed with new bottle i just gave it all to them so my next batch that i will do is going to get the new doseage of bushmaster!:stoned:

Very nice show you're putting on here

Even I'm starting to believe a little more in LED's

If it's not too much trouble, I'd like to see some of those harvested nugs under regular light too... Nothing beats good bud pr0n (well, almost nothing)

And best of luck with your upcoming trip!

Indeed on the LED's, just wish they could be made for the not-so-funded kinda people. Oh well, I probably could get a job during college, but I'm in my critical semesters at college and need to focus on my studio. Will definitely be looking into some sort of LED lighting in the future. And the good news is, you'll be back for the holiday.

Hey on the next grow do us a favor document it. Everyone likes to see but to documentation is experience for everyone as well as evidence for the skeptics.

Document the following and include the day number of veg and flower
    Height of lights
Nutrients type used, quantity, and when.
    When you water and quantity
    Medium used
    Weight weight then dry weight
    Of course lot more pics

Any thing else you can think of or experience.

I know it is a lot of work but hey it is not like your getting paid for it
    Thanx

    LED GROW SHOW

i will do a thorough grow log when i get back from China....i will be starting a new tray then....typically i plant my clones into the square peat pots and veg them in those for about a week then i repot to 2 gal sq pots veg for at least 2 or 3 weeks...usually 2....if i have more than 16 potted i pick the best 16 and leave the few behind to veg further and take cuts from them...i am the clone station for a few of my friends

i plant clones into straight fox farm ocean forest soil and when i repot i use a 50/50 mix of ocean forest and chunky coco....i am considering going to a straight coco to have more consistency of drainage because it seems in mixing you always have some pots that hold more water than others so i am thinking of trying a straight coco to use for my 2 gal pots..i do a quasi-hydro system in that i have a 4 gallon bucket with a pump and i have feed lines to each pot.

when repotting i sprinkle mychorizzea into the holes i put the peat pots into and water with straight water...before putting them into flower i will give them some voodoo juice and another shot of mychorizea with hygrozyme and carbo load...i will give specifics when i do a complete log..keep a notebook:thumbsup:

one day 1 of flower i hit them bushmasterand they will only stretch about 1/3 of their heigh and will stack nodes better

then i use botanicare pro bloom soil/coco 30ml/gal...AN kushie kush 5ml/gal...wet betty 5ml/gal...carbo load 2ml/gal...bud candy 5ml/gal..5ml/gal hygrozyme and 1ml/gal rhino skin as ph up

that is my weekly feed formula and at week 6 i stop the kushie kush and start using Overdrive 10ml/gal for 2 weeks then flush within 7 - 10 days of harvest and last watering of carbo-load and bud candy only before take down!

As i metioned i will do a more thorough log and record veg/flower time, watering...pictures(need a better camera)..and as much info as i can share...then it will be a show for all to see!:smokin:

and thanks btf and fc for the props...yes and back in time for our holiday:thumbsup:

wow str8 I'm really impressed with those LED's. I have never seen panels such as your I've only seen the round LED set ups like the procyon and stuff. Maybe if i decide to break the bank these would be swwweeettt for a sealed room with a lil co2imp:
