If you have a medical history of pain then you will probably be qualified. Try contacting a couple of the MMJ doctors. Sign there authorization for your medical history and see what they say. But it looks like you should.

I've been having hand problems for the last 2 years, and numorous doctor visits have done nothing. I've had xrays, carpal tunnel scan, multiple cortizone injections, 2nd opinion, but to no avail. The pain comes from the ring fingers of both hands, and manifests to the pinky and middle finger. It feels like they are bruised, and very tingly all the time, and with use it only gets worse.
