here in England there's a new rule saying that teachers can do random searches and drug tests on the kids... i was kinda scared of the testing (i stopped actually carrying on me in school) but i guess all they can do is fone my parents and say FOR EXAMPLE:

"your daughter has taken drugs x, y and z in the last n days"

lol.
they'd get over it.

There is a possibility that i might get searched sometime this week at my school and i was just wondering if i can refuse to let them search me if they dont have a warrant. And If i do refuse can they just call my parents and get permission from them? A lot of my friends have been getting searched and they allowed it even though there were no warrants. Also if i refuse will they punish me in any way for not allowing the search? Thanks Rating: 5
