I don't understand... I'm going with the dilution method, I never said anything about substitution method. Its gd to drink lots of water in my case everyday cos im always walking n stuff. I never thought water flushes THC out of your system, thats stupid.

I mean, I know niacin isn't proven to do anything, but people have sworn by it before, so what could it hurt to take it? Besides, it says on the bottle something about keeping a healthy lipid profile, and bringing up energy metabolism and circulatory health. I know it might not have to do much with it, but its all the little things you do that add up to the result. I also had a spare kit of a 7-day total body cleanse, so im doing that too, I am NOT saying this WILL clean up my urine or my blood or cleanse my blood from THC. But like I said, what harm can it do to take it?

In the above post when I said "madd liquids n niacin n shit", I made a huge summarization of the dilution method leaving out a lot of the details lol, but yeh I read it.

I'm juss saying im going to do the dilution method, but im going to drink a lot of water everyday leading up to the test as well, take niacin, do the 7-day body cleanse, maybe even juice fast until 2 days b4 the test.

Also, I will NEVER EVER EVER EVER go to my job high... EVER!

Hello, even though i'm a new member to this board, I have been a guest visiting at least twice a week for the past 2 years. So yes I have read some of the stickies, including the sub and dilute. So yeah, I got a job as a valet parker in hollywood, sick job that I've ALWAYS wanted, great pay too! So yeh, even though I am a licensed medical marijuana user, valet jobs wont accept "us", so I have a drug test either on saturday or sunday with labcorp, that gives me 3 days.
