You don't want to exercise 3-4 days before you test and burn up calories. You want to go into sloth mode and eat up fatty foods. Niacin won't do a thing and drinking up tons of liquids won't flush THC from your system. Read the dilution sticky. You only liquids that matter are those consumed in the couple of hours before your real test. You are diluting, not flushing. You need to be loading up on creatine which will more than likely be checked to see if you are diluting. It's all in the above mentioned thread.

Hello, even though i'm a new member to this board, I have been a guest visiting at least twice a week for the past 2 years. So yes I have read some of the stickies, including the sub and dilute. So yeah, I got a job as a valet parker in hollywood, sick job that I've ALWAYS wanted, great pay too! So yeh, even though I am a licensed medical marijuana user, valet jobs wont accept "us", so I have a drug test either on saturday or sunday with labcorp, that gives me 3 days.
