Green Dragon Question

Hey all,

I tried to make some green dragon for the first time this weekend. I followed a recipe on youtube from "erictheruler" (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xCGa4X5Lh6o). I did everything according to the instructions, and I used about 100+ grams of trim (trim leaves, popcorn buds etc). The odd thing is that this guy only seems to use less than a bottle of everclear, but when I did it I needed almost two full fifths to cover the stuff in the jars. Anyhow, and based on that same point, I ended up with almost a quart of green oily concentrate. I was timid to test it, but after testing with about a TSP on a few people I think the mixture is not very concentrated, as we all felt a little something, but not nearly what we would expect. I am going to try to follow Master Wu's recipe later this evening just as a control, but I was wondering if it is possible to concentrate the stuff I already made. I am assuming that since I have almost a quart of the stuff that it is not very concentrated, so I was thinking that I could put it in a hot water bath to boil off the everclear and concentrate the concoction. Will this work, or will boiling off the alcohol take the THC with it? That is my only concern. At this point I have nothing to lose, but if the THC has bonded to the alcohol, then boiling off the alcohol would boil off the THC, right? Let me know what you guys think. I am going to make a batch according to master wu's recipe later today for the John Mayer concert I will be going to tomorrow night, but I was hoping I can salvage the mixture that I already made by concentrating it and boiling off excess alcohol.

Tincture will raise your tolerance quickly, so be advised that if your experiments are too close together the effects will be reduced.

Heating will allow some of the ethanol to evaporate, and concentrate the product. You can also just leave it in an uncovered jar or bowl, out of direct light and it will evaporate, but takes a while.

You can always just take twice or three times as much as your original dose to get more of the good stuff.
