Those pots are huge for such small plants. You should transplant into something smaller.

Well I am surprised the MG statement didn't get questioned. It is because they are not consistent in the mix and it can cause problems if you get one of the unmixed bags with too much nutes.
With the Ocean Forest, I don't think you need to give any nutes for at least 3 weeks in a correctly sized pot. Longer if the pot is larger.
Seriously I find I stress my plants more by giving extra nutes. Ocean Forest is awesome medium. I do give some nutes, but more to cure deficiencies and to fatten buds in the last 2 weeks.
Ya, when you can afford it, get a bigger light system. Next grow let them get bigger before the 12/12. Not sure but changing back now could stress them....are they seedlngs or clonelings? Clonelings will do fine at such a small size, I would worry if seed, they are not identified as male or female for sure at that size.

The MG should be questioned but some people are stubborn and don't want to pay more. I believe the only problem with MG is what you said, and the lack of lime. You can grow marijuana in MG, it just won't be the best it can be.

Thanks, Im going to switch to a better soil asap, otherwise its growing beautiful right now........strong.....thick stems and branches....color looks nice......Let me ask u all.......with the light i have.....and the mg soil......what would be the difference as far as ratios for quality.....and quantity.....and what I mean is....if I had a 400 watt light.......and if I had better soil......Id yield...lets say 3 ounces per plant.....and it would be great smoke.....but with my MG soil.....and my 150 watt light.....Id get 2 ounces per plant and it would still be good.....but not as good.....are those number close.......also I am doing this in maine......is this legal yet?
